1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through the Scankraft webshop. Customer terms apply only where Scankraft has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with Scankraft GmbH, Frischeisstraße 12 Top 2, 4490 St. Florian, Austria.
3. Offer and contract
Product listings are not binding offers. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is formed by an express order confirmation or shipment. Individual quotations and agreed B2B prices take precedence over webshop prices.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the webshop currency and, where indicated, exclude VAT and shipping. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Invoices are payable without deduction by the due date shown.
5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the product and are stated in the quotation, confirmation or webshop. Reasonable partial deliveries are permitted. Deadlines are extended appropriately where delay results from force majeure.
6. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of Scankraft GmbH until fully paid. Statutory extended retention provisions apply to business customers where permitted.
7. Cancellation and returns
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Business customers have no statutory withdrawal right; returns require prior written agreement. Custom products, software licences and special orders may be excluded from return.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. For business customers, the warranty period is twelve months where legally permitted, excluding claims involving intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
9. Software and digital content
Manufacturer licence terms also apply to software, licences and digital content. Usage rights are granted in the agreed scope only after full payment.
10. Liability
Scankraft has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss arising from essential contractual obligations.
11. Privacy
Information about personal-data processing is available in our privacy policy.
12. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted, Scankraft GmbH’s registered office is the place of jurisdiction for business customers. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
